He'll be granted a house in the 2nd that he can upgrade at a later date, though it'll be on the beach, southwest side. For now, he'll be given this:

In return, however, she expects reparations for daring to poach on her land and ideals. It's an island, Klaus, what are you possibly thinking?

First, for one week, he will be powerless. All previous AGF powers will be stripped from him, he will have nightmares and be forced to relive his past; every terrible thing Esther and Mikael ever did, being on the run, betrayals (both given and received), seeing siblings die over and over (Kol and others), and the like.

The second week, Klaus will serve at her Temple as a priest, serving whoever comes to see him. He'll broadcast his intentions on the network, praising Atia and all she's done for his family and himself. Make them good praises, Klaus, she wants to hear things done right. He can tell no one why he's suffered or why he's singing Atia's praises now. He must make it believable.

Once those two weeks are up, he'll receive his powers back in addition to the house and all the trimmings (she'll throw in a TV or two for being a good sport), and he'll hopefully have learned his lesson about what real power on the island is.
